For example, the amount of grouting produced by the manufacturer is small, the adhesive layer is thin, the impact resistance of the laminated glass is low, and the safety factor of glass products is low. (3) Matters needing attention

①Prepare it strictly according to the proportion. After it is prepared, let it react for three days before using it.

②The raw materials should use industrial first-class products, and the content must reach more than 99.5%

③You can't use PVB leftover material to make edge strips, so that the products will have contact marks on the edges.

④When there is no sunlight, the polymerization time should be longer.

⑤Some glass factories have been pursuing the speed of polymerization. The faster the polymerization, the faster the aging of the internal adhesive layer of the product. The quality of the product is not guaranteed.
